Upper Body Conditioning

The level 2 and level 3 workouts include strengthening exercises that if performed improperly can reinforce faulty loading in the neck and low back. Your care plan includes 4 movement coaching sessions. Your HPC neutral spine conditioning coach will advise you how to best utilize your 4 sessions to best meet your goals.
Level 4 workout video access requires an active Healthy Posture Club Vimeo OTT subscription.
