You will be guided through 6 levels of neutral spine conditioning to restore your ability to function from healthy posture. Weekly online coaching sessions ensure safe progression through the program.

The Healthy Posture Club is a neutral spine based functional fitness video on demand platform. It combines 6 levels of neutral spine conditioning with proprietary joint clearing techniques to restore your ability to perform daily tasks and fitness from healthy posture. This breaks the faulty loading patterns that cause the joint misalignments that cause pain. We provide weekly online coaching services to safely progress your through each level of the program.
The Healthy Posture Club was created by a physical therapist to avoid physical therapy.
Our Story:
The Healthy Posture Club was created by Todd and Jennifer Ball out of necessity. Operating a physical therapy clinic and struggling to meet their patient’s long-term injury management needs within an insurance-based reimbursement model, they created a digital post-PT maintenance program that kept their patients conditioned to function from healthy posture.
It has evolved over the last 8 years to serve as a safe place for those to improve their posture before medical procedures or surgeries as well as an injury prevention based functional fitness platform that helps keep you conditioned for healthy aging.

Hello. So pleased you are considering the Healthy Posture Club to address some aspect of your physical wellness. My role is to ensure every client restores their ability to get into neutral spine alignment (aka healthy posture).
I am also responsible for ensuring each workout video serves as a safe tool to advance you to the next level of the program. As the Director of Neutral Spine Conditioning I am also responsible for making sure that your weekly coaching sessions ensure safe progress through the program.

Hello. My role is to make sure you reach your fitness and wellness goals. I am responsible for teaching levels 3-6 of the Healthy Posture System. My primary passion is to make your functional fitness program fun and always challenge you at the level you are functioning.
As Director of Functional Fitness I am responsible for training instructors teaching levels 3-6 of the Healthy Posture System. I take this role seriously as I have learned first hand how powerful the online coaching services are to make sure you are getting the most out of the program and making the changes in your daily life that are necessary for you to reach your goals.
