Welcome to the Guns for Poses Level 6 cardio workout. Congratulations on progressing to level 6 of the Health Posture Club. At this level of conditioning we teach circuit workouts that combine upper body, lower body, core and balance exercises at a faster tempo with cardio intervals for complete fitness. This workout regimen emphasizes upper body conditioning.

Tuesday – Lower Body Conditioning
1. Perform your Lower Body Joint Clearing Routine upon waking up.
2. Perform the “Quadraleania” workout.
3. Perform your Lower Body Joint Clearing Routine before going to bed.
Friday – Core Strengthening
1. Perform your Upper Body Daily Joint Clearing upon waking up.
2. Perform the “Core of the Matter” workout.
3. Perform your Upper Body Daily Joint Clearing before going to sleep.
Saturday – Cardio Intervals
1. Perform your Lower Body Joint Clearing Routine upon waking up.
2. Perform the “Dance, Dance, Dance” workout.
3. Perform your Lower Body Joint Clearing Routine before going to bed.
