Consuming medically supervised digital neutral spine conditioning for long-term injury management and injury prevention from the comfort of your home requires a few guidelines.
Service Agreement
The Healthy Posture Cub® is a home based (digital) medically supervised neutral spine conditioning program that teaches you how to start each day with access to healthy posture. The Healthy Posture System™ consists of 6 levels of neutral spine conditioning to break the faulty loading patterns that serve as the foundation for most chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions. Every program starts with a posture screening by a licensed physical therapist to identify that your needs and goals match what the Healthy Posture System™ is designed to accomplish from a physical wellness perspective. You will then begin your neutral spine conditioning with a neutral spine conditioning specialist as outlined by your physical therapist. Neutral spine conditioning specialist may be a licensed medical professional (PTA, OTA or other) or unlicensed wellness practitioner, but all neutral spine conditioning specialist will be certified to teach the Healthy Posture System™. The HPC is not a medical product, as such, it does not have any clinical documentation associated with its services. The only documentation associated with services is a summary of which workout was completed each virtual session and any modifications or variations. These are outlines for your review in the chat field which may or may not be HIPPA compliant. As such we do not collect any medical data in this field, please do not share any medical information in the chat field.

Injury Disclaimer Policy
I understand that I am expected to report any injury regardless of cause during your neutral spine conditioning program. This gives us the opportunity to set up an injury severity screen with an HPC physical therapist to identify if your injury requires a modification to your current level of supervision or challenge. Please email info@healthypostureclub.com with subject titled “Injury Report”. Please also paste your email content into the chat field of Skype/Teams as a secondary method of communication.
Additionally, you can schedule your own injury severity screening by clicking on the injury severity screen button below.
If you have suffered an injury and were unable to inform us before your next digital training session your neutral spine conditioning specialist will try their best to find an HPC physical therapist to perform an injury severity sceen. However, having an HPC available is unlikely, your neutral spine conditioning specialist will use the session to set up an Injury Severity screening as soon as possible with an HPC physical therapist to keep you moving forward.
Your neutral spine conditioning specialist has the discretion to convert any neutral spine coaching session into an injury severity screening with a licensed physical therapist for safety purposes if you report discomfort and fail a movement screen.
You are required to report any injury, regardless of cause prior to any digital neutral spine coaching session to help us ensure we have a licensed physical therapist available to perform a HPC injury severity screening to ensure your safety.
Please place your HPC workout program on hold if you experience any new pain or suffer an injury regardless of cause or location until an HPC physical therapist can complete an injury severity screening.
